Shipping Time: Orders on Platum Store are usually processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. The delivery time varies depending on the selected shipping service and destination. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly in the private area of your account.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs depend on the weight of the product, the destination and the service chosen. During checkout, you will see the applicable costs. Platum Store also offers free shipping promotions for certain products or purchase amounts.
Shipment Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment on the courier site. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking number to become active.

Delivery and Signature: The delivery will be made at street level. To ensure safe delivery, a signature may be required upon receipt of the parcel. Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to sign during business hours.
